User Permissions

User permissions allow finer control over areas that general users can access.

1. Go to Setup > Preferences > Users.

2. Click a user to edit.

3. Click the Permissions sub-heading to expand this section.

The dropdown at the top of the Permissions section provides a quick selection to set the "Most Common" settings or "Most Restricted" settings.

Toggle the appropriate settings for the user, then click the Save Changes button located at the bottom right.
