SendGrid

HirePOS uses the SendGrid email platform by default, in order to bring you the power, speed, and Spam-filter-resistance of the 'hirepos-messaging@hirepos.com' email service. We use the same service to allow you to send email from HirePOS using your own domain name (special setup is required for this)

Although the hirepos-messaging@hirepos.com service brings you all the sending power of SendGrid, you may desire access to the other features offered by SendGrid, such as:

  • View activity logs and statistics such as opened emails, blocked emails, etc

  • Ability to use SendGrid for your other email campaigns

  • Multi-user and multi-domain control

  • and more.

To do this, you will need to set up your own account with sendgrid, and link it into HirePOS.
