Return Slips

Return Slips are used to provide your customers with a confirmation of hire goods returned, particularly for "partial returns". Return Slips are only viewed based on a particular return date/time.

If a hire has multiple items, with some returned on one date, and some returned on another date, then you can only view a Return Slip based on one day or the other. Otherwise, you would use the Contract/Tax Invoice to provide a full overview of all hires and returns.

If partial returns are frequent in your business and you need to display the hire/return dates for each line item on the Contract/Tax Invoice, then you may need to have the PDF template customised to display each of the item line dates.
