Recommended Email Settings
To reduce risk of emails being mistaken as spam by your recipients, the following best practices should be adopted.
Navigate to Setup > Preferences > Email Templates & Settings.
Ensure you have a Display Name entered. Use a display name that your customers can easily identify you by, e.g. Anyday Hire.
DO NOT use an email address as the Display Name.
