Preferences (Sales)

To access this section go to Setup > Preferences > Sales.

• Payment Terms
  Sets text that will show under Payment Terms in the invoice preview.  Refer to the following help doc for more details on this option.

• Invoice Terms
  Does not show on invoice preview template by default, however can be used for custom templates.

• Invoice Message
  Sets "default" text that show in the footer section of the invoice preview.  Can be overwritten on an invoice by invoice basis.  Additional templates can be added and selected on an invoice by invoice basis.  Refer to the following help doc for more details on this option.

• Delivery Docket Message
  Sets text to show in the delivery details section in the invoice screen and the Delivery Docket preview template.

• Statement Message
  Sets text to show in the statement preview template.

• Default Deposit $
  Sets the default deposit value in the Other tab in the Invoice screen for new sales.

• Default Deposit %
  Sets the default deposit percentage in the Other tab in the Invoice screen for new sales.

• Default Bond Amount
  Sets default "Bond" amount for new sales.

• Damage Waiver (Auto Add)
  Sets item to use for damage waiver charges.
