Off Hires

Off Hire is a tool used to mark the date a customer has 'finished' with an item, but the item has not been collected from the customer's site yet.

Off Hired Items remain unavailable for hire until successfully collected and returned.

When an Off Hire date is set on an invoice, AutoCalc will only bill up to the Off Hire date, not billing for the time between the Off Hire and the collection of the equipment.

Placing an Off Hire date on an invoice will create a collection reminder for you to go and collect the equipment at your next opportunity.
