Invoice Custom Field Names

Invoice custom fields can be used to record additional information for a job that is not already catered for in the HirePOS sales record screen.

Setup

  • Navigate to Setup > Preferences > Invoice Custom Field Names 

  • Define a name for as many fields as you require.

Data Entry

  • Navigate to Sales/Hire > Find Sales/Hire.

  • Select Quote/Booking/Invoice or open a sales record in one of many other ways.

  • Select the Custom Fields tab.

  • Enter your data and click the Save Changes button.
