Import Contracts

When migrating over to HirePOS from another system, you will likely need to enter any existing "On Hire" Invoices and future "Bookings".

The Contract importer provides a means of importing the basic Contract (Booking or Invoice) details in bulk. You will still need to edit each record and add the Item lines to the record, however, this feature will save a lot of time and provide a good head start.

1. Go to Setup > Preferences, then choose the Sales option.

2. Click the Options button drop-down at the top-right, then choose Import Contracts CSV.
