Customer Information Form

The {CustomerInformationForm} email and SMS template placeholder allows customers to update their current details via a secure URL link.

The customer submits any updated details via the online form. Your business is alerted via email, and the new customer details are manually accepted by a staff member who has "Setup" permissions. This prevents customers from making any "live" updates on their information directly.

Information from the following customer setup areas can be updated;
Company/Name, Address, Phone/Email, Identification, Payment Card.
