Custom Forms Online Store

The online store allows you to collect additional information from customers at checkout using the Custom Form Templates in the case where the standard HirePOS fields do not cover your requirements.

How to display form template fields on checkout

  1. From the main menu strip at the top, go to Setup > Preferences > Online Store.

  2. Click the Custom Fields tab.

  3. In the Form Template dropdown, select a relevant template you have created.

  4. Click Save Changes.

These custom fields will now be displayed in the Online Store checkout screen, allowing you to gather additional information from your customers.

These fields will also be included in the notification email that is sent to Your Notification Email as per the Checkout tab in Setup > Preferences > Online Store.
