Allow Camera Access

Safari is the recommended browser for HirePOS on iPhones and iPads.

By default, iPhones and iPads will prompt you to allow the v5 web app to access the camera.  You can avoid this by changing a few settings on the iPhone.

1. When you navigate to the HirePOS v5 web app login, you should see an aA icon to the left of the URL as shown below.
   Click the aA icon

2. Tap the 'Website Settings' option in the dropdown.

3. Tap the Camera option as shown below

4. Tap the Allow option under the Camera section.

5. Tap Done to complete the process.
