These Placeholders will work on any sales record, But only in the email body text.

Placeholder	Function
{BranchName}	If Branches are enabled, will display the Branch the sales record is assigned to.
{BranchAddress}	If Branches are enabled, will display the address of the Branch the sales record is assigned to.
{BranchEmail}	If Branches are enabled, will display the email of the Branch the sales record is assigned to.
{DateFrom}	If Sending a Sales Record, this will display the Booked From field, or the Hired-From field if applicable.
{FirstName}	his will display the First name of a customer, if this does not exist it will remain blank.
{LastName}	This will display the Last name of a customer, if this does not exist it will remain blank.
{Company}	This will display the Company name of a customer, if this does not exist it will remain blank.
{Type}	If sending a Sales record, this will display the Record type such as "Tax Invoice" "Quote" as per Placeholder settings.
{InvoiceNo}	If sending a Sales record, this will display the Record number.
{InvoiceDate}	If sending a Sales record, this will display the Invoice/Quote/Booking Date.
{DateTo}	If Sending a Sales Record, this will display the Booked To field, or the Hired-To field if applicable.
{DateTimeFrom}	Same As the {DateFrom} placeholder, but will also display the time.
{DateTimeTo}	Same as the {DateTo} placeholder, but will also display the time.
{CustomerPO}	If Sending a Sales record, this will display the Customer PO field.
{Reference}	If Sending a Sales record, this will display the Reference field.
{StaffName}	If Sending a Sales Record, this will display the Staff member that is recorded against the Sales record.
{TotalAmount}	If Sending a Sales record, this will display the total amount on the invoice.
{BalanceDue}	If Sending a Sales record, this will display the Balance due on the invoice. (Total amount - amount paid)
{DepositDueDate}	If Sending a Sales record, this will display the Deposit Due Date located in the "Other" tab.
{InvoiceDueDate}	If Sending a Sales record, this will display the Invoice Due Date in the "Other" tab.
{ViewButton}	If Sending a Sales Record, the {View Button} will send an electronic preview of your Quote/Booking/Invoice and mark it as Viewed once a customer opens it.
{InvoiceText}	If Sending a Sales Record, this will display a preview of the invoice in text format.
{DeliveryAddress}	If Sending a Sales Record, this will display the Delivery Address, found in Del/Pickup details.
{InvoiceMessage}	If Sending a Sales Record, this will display the Invoice message field.
{QuoteAcceptanceLink}	If Sending a Quote, the {QuoteAcceptanceLink} will give your customer an electronic preview, and give them the ability to accept and sign, in which case it will convert to a Reservation.
{TermsAndConditions}	This will display your entire T & C's in plain text format from your Setup > Preferences > Terms & Conditions page.
{CustomerInformationForm}	Creates a unique link that your customers can use to update their Billings, Address, ID and Credit Card information, pending your approval.
{InvoiceCustomField1}2, 3 ect	If Sending a Sales Record, this will display one of your invoice custom fields, found in the Custom Field tab.
