Sales Representatives

Staff can be assigned to Customers as Sales Representatives. This is useful for reporting on customer sales on a sales rep basis for reporting commissions for example.

To assign a sales rep (Staff member) to a customer:

  1. Go to Setup > Customers.

  2. Click a customer to edit.

  3. Click the Account / Payment Terms sub-heading to expand.

  4. Select a Staff member from the Sales Representative dropdown.


There are various reports for sales reps located under Reports > Sales.

  • Sales by Sales Representative

  • Sales by Sales Representative (Customer Ranking)

  • Sales by Sales Representative (Summary)
