Payment Receipts

Payment Receipts can be emailed either at the time of receiving payment or retrospectively via the Customer Overview screen.

Email Receipt when entering a payment

  1. From the Receive Payment screen, click the Save & Receipt button locate towards the bottom-right.

  2. Click the Email button located at the top-right to email the customer.

Email Receipt retrospectively

  1. Go to the Sales/Hire > Customer Overview screen.

  2. Click the Reports tab.

  3. Click the Receipt sub-heading to expand this section.

  4. Choose a payment from the Search for Payment dropdown, then click Preview.

  5. Click the Email button located at the top-right to email the customer.
