Office 365 - Whitelist Email Domains

  1. Open Office 365.

  2. Click the Admin menu option on the left.

  3. In the Microsoft Office 365 admin center, go to Admin centers in the panel on the left and click the Exchange menu option.

  4. Click the Mail Flow menu option in the panel on the left, then click the Rules menu option.

  5. Click + Add a rule, and choose the Bypass spam filtering option.

  6. Enter a Name for the rule, e.g. Whitelist Senders

  7. Set the Apply this rule if dropdown field to The sender, then in the dropdown to the right of this field choose domain is.

  8. The specify domain panel should appear where you can enter email domain names to whitelist, e.g. hirepos.com

  9. The Do the following field should read Modify the message properties, and set the spam confidence level.

  10. The spam confidence level will be -1, which means Bypass spam filtering.

  11. Click the Next button at the bottom.

  12. Click Next again, then Finish.

  13. Be sure to Enable the new rule that appears in the rules list, as it will be disabled by default.
