Excess Meter Charges

This function is used to set up excess charges and other charges based on the meter readings.

You might use this if you had a vehicle configured with a standard daily charge of $200, but if the customer exceeds 400Km usage, you want to charge them an excess charge per-KM.

This would have to be charged on a separate item line, which we will go over below.
