Dispatch

The dispatch screen is located under Sales/Hire > Dispatch, and is for managing bookings going "out".

There are several key features of this screen:

• Understanding which bookings are ready to go out.

• Marking bookings as "prepped" when they are ready to go out.

• Previewing and printing Delivery Dockets in bulk.

• Dispatch bookings in bulk, i.e. populate the Hired From date.

• Scanning out items on each booking.
