Customer Trading As or Trust Account Names

If your customers require a Trading As name or a Trust Account to be displayed on Invoices, the Customer details screen provides an extra field for this purpose.

  1. In Setup > Customers, click a customer to edit, or click New Customer to add a new customer record.

  2. In the Customer details screen, click the + plus icon located to the left of the Company field to expand and display the 2nd company field.

Typically the Company Pty Ltd name should be entered in the first field, with the Trading As or Trust Account name in the 2nd field.

You may need your Tax Invoice PDF template customised to accommodate this new field. To submit a request for the work, navigate to Help > Custom Request, located under the (?) icon in the dark menu strip at the top right of HirePOS.
