Customer Specific Item Discounts

HirePOS allows you to easily define a discount percentage, per line, on an invoice while compiling the invoice. It also allows you to define a discount percentage as a default on a per-customer basis. This can be done across the board, to only Hire or Sales Items, or even to Non-Stock Items.

However, in some circumstances, it is desirable to set default discounts and customer-specific pricing right down at the item level. This might be in order to only offer discounts on high-margin items or to offer discounts only on the customer's primary recurring hire items.
