Charge by Km with Hour Meter for Maintenance

For scenarios where you charge by the Km but need to record hours for maintenance scheduling purposes.

The invoice will require two line items to be added. The first line item is for the vehicle, to charge for time used if applicable, and to record the hour meter readings.

The second line is to record the Km traveled and charge accordingly.
