Cannot Sign Into Account

If you receive any login failure notifications when attempting to log into HirePOS, there may be several causes...

  • Attempting to sign in with a HirePOS email/password when you have previously used a third-party Single Sign On account, like Xero, Microsoft, or Google. In this case, you will receive an email notification from us advising your account is limited to Single Sign On only.

  • Incorrect HirePOS email/password. If you can't remember your password, then use the Forgot Password link on the login screen.

  • Your user account has been made inactive by an Admin user within your organisation.

  • You have previously closed your account with HirePOS and it is no longer active.
