Browser Zoom

If you need to display more information on-screen, because of a smaller screen, or any other reason, you can Zoom the page out.

Each browser does so slightly differently, but we'll note the differences below.

Google Chrome

Google Chrome lets you simply Hold CTRL Key + Mouse wheel to zoom in or out, or alternatively, you can click the Options menu at the top right of the window, shown below, and manually specify a zoom level.

Microsoft Edge

Microsoft Edge lets you simply Hold CTRL Key + Mouse wheel to zoom in or out, or alternatively, you can click the Options menu at the top right of the window, shown below, and manually specify a zoom level.

Firefox

Firefox is not fully supported by HirePOS, and issues may be found.

That said, Firefox you can Hold CTRL Key + Mouse wheel to zoom in or out, or alternatively, you can click the Options menu at the top right of the window, shown below, and manually specify a zoom level.

----

Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and most other web browsers have a "zoom" setting that allows you to get a closer look at the screen content when required.

However, when inadvertently changes, or changed and not changed back, these settings can have an effect on your overall HirePOS experience, and can often lead to confusion or frustration.

HirePOS has been designed around the standard 100% zoom level, and may not display in the most optimal manner when set to a distinctively larger level.

To set the zoom levels to the desired level, or indeed back to their default.
