Book a Training Session

There are several ways to access support for HirePOS...

  • The articles in our Help Center (you have found this article, so good start!)

  • Using our online chat facility (down the bottom right of your screen right now)

  • Via email (usually only for support requiring the movement of attachments)

  • By booking in a training or support session with us

How a Session Works

When you need one-on-one training, or your query requires us to be looking at the same screen, you can book in a session, where we will call you on the phone, and establish a remote support screen share, so we can work on your computer together.

How to Book a Session

To book a session, simply navigate to book.hirepos.com, select your desired date and time, fill in your basic contact details, and book it in!

We will call you on your provided number at the time you have chosen and start the session.

It is a good idea to have our remote connection software, Anydesk, downloaded and installed on your computer before the session, so we can make the most of the time helping you out.
