Adding Staff Members

Staff members can be added by navigating to Setup > Staff.

  1. Once on the Staff/Crew List screen navigate to the top left of the screen and click on the + New Staff button.

  2. You will then be taken to the Staff screen here you can add all relevant information about the staff member in question. Fill in the required fields First Name and Last Name.

  3. Then navigate to the bottom right of the screen and click on the Save New button.

Entering Staff details

Different fields

Basic

  • First Name - Staff member first name

  • Last Name - Staff members last name

  • Email - Staff members email

  • Default Branch - (if you have the Branch module enabled you will see the branch field) From the drop down menu select the the branch for said staff member.

  • PIN - (If you have the HR module enabled you will see the PIN) It is used for the crew invitations in the HR module.

Address

  • Address Line 1 - Typically used for the street address or P.O. Box number

  • Address Line 2 - Used for additional address information such as an apartment or suite number, building name, floor number, or any other relevant details that could help identify the location.

  • City - The city of the staff member.

  • State - The state in which the staff member resides

  • Postcode - The postcode of current address.

  • Phone 1, 2, 3 - These field are for the relevant contact numbers such as home phone and mobile. (If contact number is a mobile check the Mobile (use for SMS) box to enable SMS messaging.

  • Fax - This field is for the fax number of the Staff member.

  • Date of Birth - Field for staff member date of birth (can be entered manually or by clicking the calendar icon.

  • Prompt - (N/A).

  • Notes - Internal notes that are relevant to staff member.
